SYNOPSIS

Giancarlo and I

This piece mixes humor, fantasy, and playfulness to touch on all the nuances of happiness—
the smile, the sigh, waiting, astonishment, and tenderness—in order to reach audiences of all ages.
is the story of a man who lives completely surrounded by trash, a vagabond clown whose only friend is his loyal fish Giancarlo and whose only objective is to reuse—in his own creative way—various objects that he finds among garbage residues. The character recounts, with naivety and tenderness, an adventure within the world of trash. He carries out his own routine every day and discovers the treasures that lie behind this daily rhythm as though, with his monocle, he were looking well beyond the trash itself and instead searching for his well-being with himself, his travel mates, and his whole environment.
Genre: Clown and Mime Theater for family audiences. Recommended age: 4 years old and above. Wordless performance.
